Pingg app for iPhone and iPad

Pingg is the next generation of micro social networks that provide users with a new innovative way to discover people, neighborhood alerts and daily deals from businesses in a small local area.

The application allows users to sign in using Facebook credentials (currently) formulating a seamless signup without the need of redundantly putting in their information.

Once logged in a user is able to see other Pingg mobile users in their immediate area. We connect people! We feel the best way to meet new people is to allow people who are in the same area instantly!

Pingg also features a real time posting method that would be visible to all users in the local area for a limited time period. These postings are all local and in real time so no old deals are displayed. This allows a business owners to manage and control the deals they want to give to the public.

Pingg is a great tool to have for neighborhood alerts to let people know about garage sale, lost pet, local festivals among others.

· A slow business afternoon and a local bar decides to give a promo of buy one get one free for beer for the next 2 hours. This post would show up to users who are close by to this bar.
· Visiting a new city and would like to know what events are around, you can find live deals around your current area
· User has a pet that got lost, He/She uses pingg to post a picture of the pet and description and can be contacted directly through the app.
